Therefore, striving to be the best of the best is imperative, and we must embed benchmarks and benchmarking processes in all of our efforts towards digital marketing leadership with a long-term prospect of financial freedom success.
Benchmarking objectives include:
(a) Strive for a goal setting process to facilitate comparison with the best.
(b) Motivating and encouraging employees to improve performance and turn energy towards a unified focus.
(I) It enables best practices in benchmarking functions.
(ii) Execution and implementation of benchmarking results
(iii) Identify technological breakthroughs such as the introduction of bar code practices in the grocery industry.
(iv) Benchmark communication is invaluable for future professional growth.
(v) Assists in achieving efficiency with regard to the requirements of end users or consumers.
(vi) Helps determine the true measure of productivity and efficiency.
(vii) Achieve a competitive position.
(vii) Learn and seek industry best practices.
(viii) See outside the box and be creative
The benchmarking process is as follows and can be explained in 5 STEPS:
I AM PLANNING
Planning includes comparative research by asking 5W-1H questions such as what, when, where, why, who, and how to understand:
(a) What can be measured?
b) To whom or what to compare?

The analysis should include a thorough understanding of the current process, and the determination of the GAP and future performance levels can be done in 2 steps:
(a) Determine the current performance “Gap”. The benchmarking process is benchmarking and the gap provides an objective basis on which to act to close the gap or capitalize on a positive outcome.
(b) Levels of future project performance: Benchmarking should be an ongoing process so that performance is continually recalibrated to ensure superiority.
III. INTEGRATION: This is the process of using test results to determine operational targets for change.
(a) Communicate the findings of the Benchmarks and obtain recognition
The action plan developed should be continuous as the participant also updates strategies. Audit test results should be communicated to all levels of the organization in order to gain support, commitment and ownership.
(b) Establish functional objectives:
Based on the transmitted data and the acceptance of the analysis, we have to develop functional objectives and carry out the benchmarking process.
IV. ACTION: After integration, the action phase begins:
(a) Take concrete actions and track progress.
(b) Recalibration of Benchmarks: Updates may require recalibration of competitor benchmarking data to reflect what your competitor is doing.
V. MATURITY: To be achieved when industry best practices are embedded in all business processes to ensure excellence and provide a strong confirmation of benchmarks.
After all, ethical and moral strategies combined with perseverance, humility and high integrity are a moral victory in the manufacturing or service industries.
These benchmarking processes need to be implemented across all areas of digital marketing leadership and in order to generate a stable income or income, so that we can have a smooth transition to financial freedom through a periodic and continuous learning and training process.

The user tunes the instruments one by one and step by step at their own pace.
(6) Social media marketing plan: Make an annual plan of what to post to each of your social media marketing channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinerest, Blogs, Quora, LinkedIn, etc. You must clearly understand The “how” to use all of these channels correctly and master each of them separately.
(7) Have a clear vision and mission statement already written in your Vision Book of Life.
